What this is

Production reported on leases the Commission has not yet assigned an identifier to. Every volume and disposition column of the Form PR is here, keyed by a production report id rather than a lease number.

It is where the first months of a brand new lease's production live before the lease appears in the regular production data.

What you can do with it

Catch production from new leases months before it shows up in the PDQ lease data.

Gotchas

Rows leave this file once a lease number is assigned; nothing marks the transition.
